Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. You can get a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as the product is returned unused, in the state it was received, and in the original packaging within 30 days. If the product was damaged in original shipment or there is a defect in the craftsmanship or construction, we will refund the total cost of the product including return shipping.
Refunds will not be provided for items that have a broken safety seal (e.g. opened food pouches or first aid products).
Once the returned merchandise is received a credit will be issued based on the original payment method. Please allow up to thirty (30) days for processing.
